Mr. Girish P. Jain is the founder proprietor, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998 and started his practice as a proprietor 22 years ago as Girish P Jain & Co. initially in the felid of Income Tax and then gradually in internal audits, statutory audit, cooperative societies audit. He has also done study courses on Audit of Cooperative Societies. Under his guidance, GPJC was formed in the year 2011 in order to grow globally.

Mr. Girish P. Jain, 44, has an experience of several years in almost every facet of accounting & auditing. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, GST, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy, and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm. He has been consulting in stamp duty, registration and documentation of properties, valuation, various deeds like conveyance deeds, society transfer matters, Development agreements, adjudication consultancy, and sale agreements. He has also conducted lectures on Stamp duty & Registration and capital gains in various study circles and forums.

He has conducted Statutory Audit of Several Companies in Trading, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, Shares trading, and service industry. He has conducted Tax Audit of Private Ltd Companies, Partnership firms, Proprietorship Concern, Professionals, Trust Audit under Trust Act, Co-Operative Societies under Societies Act. He has also handled Share valuation in case of demerger of Companies, various RBI formalities relating to demerger, Investigation audit, Formation of companies and providing consolation in respect of same, preparation of accounts as per IFRS, Accounting reviewing services for Proprietorship firm, Individual, Trusts and Co-op Housing.
